เรื่องราวของ“Loser Lover – บังเอิญรัก ข่อยฮักเจ้า” 2 คนที่ไม่สมหวังในความรัก ก้อง หนุ่มที่เพิ่งอกหักจากการขอแต่งงาน เดินทางมาพักใจที่บ้านผาสิงห์ จังหวัดอุดรธานีที่ที่พี่ชายของก้องเป็นนักพัฒนาชุมชนที่นั่น โดยที่ก้องก็ไม่ได้คิดอยากจะมาเท่าไหร่แต่เพราะเห็นว่าน่าจะเป็นที่ที่พักกายพักใจให้บ้าง เมื่อก้องเดินทางมาถึงที่หมายก็พบกับต้อม ชาวบ้านเจ้าถิ่นที่ทางานกับพี่ชายของก้องและสิงห์ รุ่นพี่ที่ตามก้องมาจากกรุงเทพมาคอยดูแล

โดยวันหนึ่งได้มีสาวสวย น้า นักเขียนสาวจาก สปป.ลาวเดินทางเข้ามาเพื่อค้นข้อมูลเพื่อไปทาหนังสือ เมื่อทั้งคู่พบกัน จากการที่ไม่ถูกชะตากันเปลี่ยนเป็นความผูกพัน ทาให้ก้องตกหลุมรักน้าอย่างเต็มที่โดยไม่รู้เลยว่าน้ามีแฟนอยู่แล้ว และได้เดินทางกลับ สปป.ลาว แต่ความรักที่ก้องมีไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงทาให้ก้องได้ข้อมูลที่อยู่ของน้าจากความร่วมมือของ เจ้ฝ้าย ก้องและสิงห์จึงออกไปตามหาน้า เพื่อพิสูจน์ว่า “การที่ได้มาพบกันมันไม่ใช่เรื่องบังเอิญ แต่เป็นพรหมลิขิต”
